7bzbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 7bzbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7bzbd website available at 7bzbd.org, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonuses and customer support features offered through the Platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using the 7bzbd Platform in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date at all times.
• You must not have previously been banned, suspended or voluntarily self-excluded from the 7bzbd Platform or from any other gambling service for problem gaming reasons.

7bzbd reserves the right to decline or terminate any account application or existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe these eligibility criteria are not met. Any winnings credited to an ineligible account may be voided and the balance forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is entitled to register one account only. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Where 7bzbd identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonus winnings will be voided, and the remaining balance may be forfeited. To register, you must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh and create a secure password.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 7bzbd will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as activity carried out by you. You accept full liability for all actions taken using your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify 7bzbd of a suspected breach.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 7bzbd customer support immediately via live chat. 7bzbd will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation.
• 7bzbd reserves the right to require additional identity and age verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals or at any time where there is reasonable cause for concern about account activity.

Account closure requests may be submitted at any time via the customer support team. Where an account is closed with a positive real-money balance and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, the remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeline.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 7bzbd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7bzbd does not charge currency conversion fees. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

7bzbd offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general rules:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• 7bzbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a dispute arising from a promotional offer, 7bzbd's decision will be final.

• 7bzbd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, including where a player has used exploitative betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements.

6. Responsible Gaming

7bzbd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment only. Players must be 21 years of age or older. 7bzbd provides tools within the account dashboard to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player will not be permitted to log in, deposit, place bets or claim promotions. 7bzbd will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bzbd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, or acting as a nominee or proxy account holder on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software (bots), algorithms or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the Platform without genuine human interaction.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other communication with 7bzbd.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 7bzbd Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, video content, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 7bzbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7bzbd.

The 7bzbd brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 7bzbd. Unauthorised use of any 7bzbd trademark, trade name or brand asset in any medium — including digital advertising, social media, affiliate marketing or any other channel — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7bzbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if 7bzbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7bzbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be free from errors, or that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components. 7bzbd makes no representation that the use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable to them.

10. Changes to These Terms

7bzbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7bzbd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (for example, by SMS to the registered mobile number) at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
